Open to PhD applications in the fields of:
- PROTEC-1 study: Evaluating the prevalence and molecular epidemiology of maternal E. Coli in Northern Ireland and development of a novel point-of-care intrapartum LAMP assay for maternal colonization
- VERDICT study: Vaginal device for EaRly DetectIon of ChorioamnioniTis
- Use of long read sequencing to determine the aetiology of prenatally detected congenital cardiac anomalies
