Â鶹ÒùÔº has invested over £50m in the McClay Library, blending the best features of a traditional library with the latest technology. Facilities include computing and media services, IT training rooms, quiet study and group work areas, a cafe, a Language Centre and a vast range of printed works.

The new state-of-the-art building brings together student services with the Students' Union and a range of facilities so students can access services, collaborate in shared spaces, get support and advice, and socialise in first-class venues. Everything you need is in one place.

Since our foundation, sport has played an important part in the Â鶹ÒùÔº student experience. Whether you are interested in keeping active, trying a new sport, being part of a team or representing your university, there's something for everyone.

A dedicated space for postgraduate students, The Graduate School connects students across all disciplines to one another, and to mentors, leaders, and employers within the university and beyond.

In the Lanyon building we have the award-winning Naughton Gallery, one of Belfast's most exciting art spaces. As well as The Seamus Heaney Centre, reinforcing our reputation for literary power, and the Brian Friel Centre for Theatre Research, a world-class studio theatre for performing arts students.

Right beside our campus is the Ulster Museum, a serene architectural and cultural space. The museum is home to many historical artefacts, relics, works of art, photographic exhibitions and wonders of nature. Botanic Gardens is great for a strolll in between classes.
