The programme uses an active learning pedagogy and combines disciplinary excellence, transdisciplinary intellectual engagement, and high-level employer partnership; combined to support our students to develop themselves as “Future Leaders”.
During the programme you will work on a real-life challenge that gives you the opportunity to develop and put into practice your new skills. All students will also be provided with a leadership skills diagnostic to aid their personal development.

Students must be available to attend all sessions.
Upon the completion of the course, you are eligible for the Future Ready award.
